We are sorry to inform you of the death of Mrs. Josefa “Nena” Nunez, mother of Father Pedro
Nunez. Mrs. Nunez died on Friday, July 16, 2010.
In addition to Father Pedro, Mrs. Nunez is survived by three other sons.

POSITION AVAILABLE
The Catholic Mutual Office has an immediate opening for a Secretary. This is a full time (37.5
Hrs/week) position.
Position Description:
The successful candidate will prepare reports and correspondence from rough draft. Provide
clerical support by processing all incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying and scanning
documents, and maintaining an accurate filing and diary system for all safety inspections. Issues
endorsements and certificates of insurance. Answers all incoming calls and relays all changes
and other information to the appropriate party.
Required Qualifications

Must have 3 years of experience in a clerical setting. Requires strong PC skills (Word, Excel and
PowerPoint). Must have good typing, filing and telephone skills. Insurance experience is
preferred. No travel will be required.
