2016. - In exercise of the power conferred by the proviso
to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor
as been pleased hereby to make, with
effect from the 1st day of March, 2013, the following am ndments in the West Bengal Services
(Appointment, Probation an Absorption of Group C Emp oyees) Rules, 2013, issued under this
department notification No.1832-F(P), dated the 1st day of

Amendments
In the said rules, (1)
in rule 4, for the word "three", substitute the
