Fabric info:
Percale is a closely woven plain weave and it has a thread count of about 200 /inch – noticeably tighter than the standard type of weave used for bedsheets.
It has medium weight, is firm and smooth with no gloss and washes very well.
The allover printed Milkyway Dusty Rose and Milkyway Cream are pigment-printed and then stitched and garment washed.
The solid colours, Dusty Blue and Grey, are pigment-dyed, stitched and then garment washed.
The Yarn-Dyed, Light Blue & Light Grey are made on yarn-dyed chambray quality. Stitched and then garment washed.
When a fabric is yarn-dyed the colour is placed in the yarn or threads before weaving as opposed to the colour being printed on the fabric after being woven.
