responsiblestandards),throughwhichcommunitiesofdiversesizeswouldberecognizedat
varyinglevelsfortheirabilitytodemonstrateresultsinaccordancewiththeindicators.This
modelwouldapplytolocalcommunitiesinboththeU.S.andEurope,encouraginga
transatlanticmovementtowardlocalwelcomingpractices.
