Enjoy two nights in Portland
before traveling to Central Oregon, home to the High Desert
Museum, world-class golf, and
dozens of breweries. The next
day, experience Crater Lake,
Oregon’s only National Park.
As you travel to the Rogue Valley for overnight accommodations in Medford, stop at Union
Creek and the Natural Bridge
Interpretive Area, where the
Rogue River goes underground
through basalt caves. Evening
delights include the famed
Oregon Shakespeare Festival
in Ashland. The following day,
sample the best of
Southern Oregon’s culinary and
wine flavors on a trip through
the Applegate Valley, which
brings you to Grants Pass for
overnight accommodations.
Spend the evening jetting on
the Rogue River with Hellgate

drive on Hwy 199, the Redwood Highway, which brings

From San Francisco, travel up
I-5 to the Rogue Valley. Spend a
couple of days in Medford, the
perfect location from which to
