Day by Day Itinerary
Sun., Nov. 27 – HARTFORD/EN ROUTE
This morning we depart Hartford on our exciting
journey to New York City. We'll travel through
Indiana and Ohio enjoying the wonderful scenery.
This evening we arrive at our en route hotel.
Mon., Nov. 28 – EN ROUTE/NEW YORK AREA
We continue through the beautiful Alleghenies
Mountains of Pennsylvania on our way into the New
York area. We enjoy dinner this evening at our hotel.

Tues., Nov. 29 – NEW YORK AREA
Today we begin our sightseeing of New York City
“The Big Apple,” with a visit to Grand Central
Station with its high vaulted constellation sky ceiling
and see the Grand Staircase styled after the staircase
in Paris’ Opera House, vivid reminders of the glorious days of early rail travel. Next, we see United Nations Complex, Times Square and the Theater District, Madison Square Garden, the largest department
store Macy's, the Chrysler Building, drive down famous Fifth Avenue, home to Bergdorf, Tiffany, Cartier, and the Trump Tower. We'll also see St. Patrick's Cathedral, Carnegie Hall, and the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts just to name a few of the
fantastic sights in New York. Our tour comes to an
end with a visit to Rockefeller Center were we enjoy the view from the Top of the Rock! (B,D)
Wed., Nov. 30 – NEW YORK AREA
This morning we see some of the sites made famous
by our favorite television shows and movies. You
will see for yourself where your favorite actors,
personalities and characters from NBC, ABC, CBS,
CW and HBO TV shows like Friends, Seinfeld, Ugly
Betty, Gossip Girl, Will & Grace, The Apprentice,
Law & Order, Mad About You, Sex and the City, The
Cosby Show, Saturday Night Live, and many more.
This afternoon we arrive at Radio City Music Hall to
attend the Christmas Spectacular featuring the world
famous Rockettes. After the show we will have time
at leisure in New York City for Holiday Shopping.
We return to our hotel in the evening. (B)
Thurs., Dec. 1 – NEW YORK AREA
An amazing day awaits as we embark on a ferry ride
across New York Harbor to Liberty Island for an
up-close visit of the Statue of Liberty. Then we’ll
ferry over to Ellis Island for a guided tour. Ellis
Island served as our country’s immigration depot
from 1892 until 1954, no other place explains so well
the “melting pot” that formed the character of our
great nation. Next we visit the Ground Zero Memorial sure to be a moving moment, followed by a tour of
the 9/11 Memorial Museum. This evening we enjoy
a wonderful dinner before we are off to our
Broadway show (Show TBD). (B,D)
Fri., Dec. 2 – NEW YORK AREA/EN ROUTE
This morning we depart New York to begin our
return journey home. Leaving New York’s dramatic
skyline behind us, we will venture west across the
New Jersey and Pennsylvania state lines as a day of
travel takes us into eastern Ohio. This evening we
arrive at our en-route hotel. (B)
Sat., Dec. 3 – EN ROUTE/HARTFORD
After breakfast, we’ll take to the road one last time as
we continue our journey west, along the southern
shore of Lake Erie before we travel through Indiana
and past Chicago on our return to Hartford. No better
time to reflect on memories of our New York
Holiday Adventure to last a lifetime and new
friendships made along the way! (B)

ARRANGEMENTS: The tour pr ice is based on a minimum par ticipation of 30 per sons and includes planning,
handling and operational charges and is quoted on the current rate of exchange, tariff rates and airfares in effect as of
November 15, 2015. In the event of a marked increase or decrease in foreign currency or in tariff rates, the cost is subject to revision.
TOUR PRICING: This is a package tour in which the tour costs have been combined in the most advantageous
way. Should you wish to deviate from the tour package by changing your departure and/or return dates of travel, this
will eliminate the advantages of the package tour price and special group fares. There will be a service charge of $100
per person for altering the airline itinerary, plus any additional charges assessed by the airlines.
CANCELLATION: If after making your initial deposit you find it necessar y to cancel fr om the tour for any r eason, there will be a charge of $100 per person up to 90 days prior to departure. For cancellation between 89 and 60 days
prior to departure, there will be a cancellation charge of $300 per person. For cancellation within 59 days of departure,
in addition to the $300 per person charge, there may be additional cancellation charges from the airline, hotel(s), or
ground service companies up to the full value of your tour cost. IMPORTANT: Cancellations will not be accepted by
telephone and must be sent in writing to: InterTrav Corporation, 203 State Avenue, St. Charles, Illinois 60174, faxed to:

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING PRICING: The tour pr ice as quoted is based on tar iffs in effect for estimated
2016 prices as of November 15, 2015. Tour prices do increase every year, and it is therefore possible that increases
could occur after the printing of this brochure in advance of your tour’s departure. InterTrav Corporation will do everything possible to avoid an increase in the tour cost. However, should increases occur in airfares, hotel prices, and/or
coach transportation costs, they will be added to the tour cost and passengers will be notified accordingly. Should an
increase in price occur, notifications will be sent to tour members in writing no later than 15 days prior to departure.
RESPONSIBILITY
KM TOURS AND INTERTRAV CORPORATION 203 State Avenue, St. Char les, Illinois 60174 and/or any
travel agency and/or supplier of services pursuant to or in connection with this itinerary shall not be responsible or become liable for any delay incurred by any person in connection with any means of transportation; nor for any loss, damage or injury to person or property by reason of any event beyond the control of any agency or supplier, or occurring
without the fault or negligence of such agency or supplier. The right is reserved to substitute the airline to be used; the
type of aircraft; and to alter the dates of the tour; the tour routing; or to cancel the trip if a minimum number of bookings
is not reached for either the air or land portion of this itinerary. The right is also reserved to substitute hotels for other
hotels in available categories. Further, the right is reserved to decline to accept or to retain at any time any person as a
participant on any tour or to cancel any tour. No refund will be made for voluntary absence from the tour unless arrangements are made at the time of booking. The schedules contained herein are subject to change without notice. All
rates are based on current Tariff and Exchange rates in effect at the time of the printing of this itinerary and are subject
to adjustment without prior notification in the event of changes therein or in changes in the number of participants on
which the rates are based. The carriers concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the
time passengers are not on board their plane or conveyance. The passage contract in use by carrier concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the carrier and the purchaser of this tour.
