CALL TO ORDER – President Ruosch will call the meeting to order. ROLL CALL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG OATH OF OFFICE FOR TRUSTEES ELECTED APRIL 7, 2015 - Oath of Office for Trustees Pamela Woodrich, Michael Brooke, Lawrence Diderich and Village President Mark Ruosch. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – March 10, 2015 APPROVAL OF INVOICES CITIZEN COMMENT - The chair will recognize any citizen that would like to comment at this time all detailed discussion and any action to be taken will be referred to the proper committee for future agenda consideration. LEAGUE REGIONAL DINNER OR NEW OFFICIALS WORKSHOP – Discussion possible Action on authorizing any trustee to attend a League of Wisconsin Municipalities Regional and the New Officials Workshop in Madison. COUNTRY MARKET STREET CLOSING – Discussion possible action on approving the request from the Chamber to allow Country Markets on the 3rd Sunday from May to October and closing North Street between Baldwin and Station Streets. FIRE DEPARTMENT OT REPLACE UTILITY 4070 – Discussion possible action on the recommendation from the Public Safety Committee to approve the fire department replacing Utility 4070 for approximately $30,000. IPAD PURCHASE FOR THE BOARD – Discussion possible action to approve the recommendation form the Finance Committee to approve the purchase of iPads for the board and department heads for electronic agendas and emails. BOND SCHEDULE AMENDMENT/ADDITIONS – Discussion possible action to approve the recommendation from the General Operations Committee to approve the Ordinance for amending and additions to the bond schedule. OPERATORS LICENSE – Discussion possible action to approve the application for an operator’s license for Jennifer Connelly. COMMITTEE REPORTS – Finance – President Ruosch Public Safety – Trustee Sachs General Operations – Trustee Woodrich Street & Parks – Trustee Brooke Public Utilities – Trustee Diderich CLOSED SESSION – Possible motion to go into closed session as allowed by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(f) for Personnel Matters – as it relates to FMLA and medical history of an employee/employees family of the police department. ADJOURN CLOSED SESSION AND RETURN TO OPEN SESSION – Possible motion to adjourn the closed session and return to open session to ratify any items discussed in closed session if necessary.
