Service Recommendation
Your Glashütte Original should be inspected on a regular basis, that means every 3 – 5 years. An overhaul acts as a precaution to ensure the permanent
and precise functioning of the watch, and thus maintain its value.
Our full service includes the following operations:
Movement
1. Dismantling of the complete movement
2. Visual test of individual parts in connection with damages, wear and tear
3. Cleaning and lubrication of all parts
4. Replacement of hands and worn parts, if necessary
5. Assembling and check of the function of the movement
6. Adjustment of the daily middle rate of the watch
7.
Test of all parameter according to the standards of Glashütte Original
Case and Metal Bracelet
1. Cleaning and refurbishment of case and metal bracelet
2. Replacement of crown, tube, pushers and correctors, if necessary (parts included except precious metal parts which are invoiced separately)

Repair and restoration of historic watches are subject to the condition of the movement and availability of spare parts.
Our warranty
We offer a 24 months warranty on the work carried out. In the event of a fault covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion and without cost to you, rectify a faulty repair as
identified by our Customer Service. All other rights resulting from the faulty execution of our services are expressly excluded. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or
damage caused by accidents or negligence. This warranty is rendered void if work is carried out on the watch by anybody who is not authorized to do so by Glashütte Original.
Basic Partial Service
Recommended retail price, subject to errors and alterations.
The basic partial service is always carried out alongside the partial repair and is a seperate service that is not included in the full service.
The following operations are included in the price of the basic partial service, if you send in the complete watch for repair:
⋅ Renewal of water resistance including replacement of all seals
⋅ Replacement of hands, if necessary
⋅ Cleaning of case and metal bracelet

Individual engravement of case back
The individual engravement enables the personalization of your Pavonina. The case back of your Pavonina is individually engraved alongside the basic partial service.
Some engraving examples are shown on our homepage. The costs depend on the kind of the required engraving and can be requested directly in our Service Department.
