How To: setup a new CCI Email account on your iPhone/iPad
This guide will walk you through setting up your newly created CCI Wireless email on your
iPhone, iPad, iPod
To setup your email address follow the steps outlined below

Make sure you have the following information – to confirm the below is correct try
logging into the webmail site: https://mail3.cciwireless.ca this can also be accessed VIA
our website at: www.cciwireless.ca and clicking on Webmail New Along the top of the
page
a. Email Address
b. Username: (first part of your email address minus the @cciwireless
c. Password: (this will be the personal password you chose after setting up your
email with a CCI wireless agent)
i. Examples
1. [email protected]
2. Username: test123
3. Password: 12345678
Once you have confirmed that you can log into your email account grab your iPhone and
go into settings

From the settings screen go into Mai, Contacts and Calendars

Within Mail, contacts and Calendars you will see a list of all your current account

From here you are going to click on “Add account” at the bottom of the accounts list

In the next screen you are going to see a list of account types you can add you are going
to click on “Other” located at the Bottom of the screen

In the next screen (If Prompted) you are going to choose “Add Mail Account”

In the next screen it will ask you for your account information this is where you will
enter the following
a. Name
b. Email Address
c. Password
d. Description

Once you have entered all the information click Next and it will take you to a screen
asking for server information and account type
a. Here you will enter the following information
i. Account Type: Choose IMAP
ii. Name: your Name
iii. Email: your email address
iv. Description: CCI Wireless
v. Incoming Mail server settings
1. Host Name: mail3.cciwireless.ca
2. Username: first part of email address
3. Password
vi. Outgoing Mail server settings
1. Host Name: mail3.cciwireless.ca
2. Username: first part of email address
3. Password

Once you have entered all the information above click next and it will verify the account
and once completed you will see the following screen. Click Save and you will have
completed your setup
a. If you are Prompted for any settings regarding SSL click No
