“annual prevenve visit” with
your doctor.

Stay in-network. You’ll save
when you use a doctor that’s
part of the Cigna OAP network.
In-network savings means a

Ask before you go. Your
primary care doctor may be innetwork but the other providers
they refer you to might be outof-network. If you are referred
to another physician, ask for an
in-network provider.

sure to always check your
