PURCHASING TICKETS
I’m logged on to buy tickets and the Ticketek site tells me I’m in a queue- what should I do?
Stay right there- the queueing process that you may find yourself in is a normal part of the Ticketek ticket sales
process on ‘hot show’ days. Whilst this can be frustrating, it’s an essential part of Ticketek managing such a high
level of traffic and we suggest that you remain in the queue and as other customers have completed their
transaction you will progress into your purchase.
How many tickets can I buy?
The ticket limit for all transactions is 8.
I want to buy more than 8 tickets together- what do I do?
To be fair to all pre sale participants, the ticket transaction limit for all general public transactions is 8. However,

I’m a member of an A League club and an Arsenal Supporters Group member- can I sit with the locals one night
and the Gunners on the other?
Absolutely. If you want to sit in Active Support areas on both nights, you will need to purchase one set of tickets to
the Arsenal v Sydney FC event into your desired Active Support category and then complete a second
transaction into the Arsenal v Wanderers event choosing your desired Active Support category. Bundled 2 match
pass tickets are not available in Category D Active Supporter areas.
I’ve completed my ticket purchase- when will I receive the tickets?
For security purposes and to prevent scalping, you will receive at the conclusion of the transaction confirmation of
your ticket purchase including information regarding the seating that you have been allocated. You will not receive
the tickets themselves until April, 2017.
Can I exchange/ refund my tickets?
All sales are final. Tickets are non- refundable and non- returnable.
