o Instead of Gaystrav we will have a Bar Crawl instead on the Friday.
o Direct complaints to socials officers

o Have to check if Furness JCR are hosting anything during that time.
o Will try to contact the President of Furness.
o Perhaps do something extra for it.
o Balloon games.
Will have to check the budget details for Freshers week.
Make posters in advance.
Freshers reps
o Make a group and contact the college presidents.
o They are meant to attend the training for the fresher reps.
o Brief 101 of LGBTQ+ to handle a range of issues including questioning:
“I kissed a girl and I liked it.”
o Welfare leaflets – create a point of contact leaflets for reps within the college,
for each college.
Stall
o Rainbow coloured sweets such as skittles. It has to be pre-packaged foods only.
o Fairy lights aquire some from Women’s forum.
ANY OTHER BUSINESS

Welfare leaflets are being made by colleges but we can still have leaflets about that
information on the stall.
