Rules & Regulations
*Participation in all the games are open to both UG & PG students
General Guidelines
All participants must carry ID cards of their respective institutions.
Judges decision is final.
Participants must bring their own laptops, cameras and needed accessories.
Spot registration starts at 07:30 am and will continue till 10:30 am on 7 th October, 2015.

Game #1- THE CANISMAJORIS (BEST MANAGER)
Prize Money- INR-20,000/-
The best manager game is an individual event, only two participants from an institute is allowed.
Participants are requested to carry Laptop (Wi-Fi enabled), internet net setter, video & image capturing device.
Each round will be time bound, participants may adhere to the time limit specified.
Participants may wear only formal dress.
Undesired behavior in any regard will result in immediate disqualification from the event.

Game #2- THE APOAPSIS (BEST MANAGEMENT TEAM)
Prize Money- INR 20,000/-
Each team should have four participants, only two teams from an institute is allowed.
Participants are requested to carry Laptop (Wi-Fi enabled), internet net setter, pen drive, calculator, video & image
capturing device.
The usage of mobile phones are strictly prohibited, writing materials and stationeries will be provided by the organizers.
Each round will be time bound, participants may adhere to the time limit specified.

Game #5- The CANCRI (Finance Game)
Prize Money – INR 15,000/-
Each team should have four participants, No restrictions in the number of teams from an institute.
Scores will not be in a cumulative manner, performance in each round is evaluated separately.
All team should bring a mobile phone with Whatsapp facility and should have mobile data package activated.
Undesired behavior in any regard will result in immediate disqualification from the event.

A team consisting of 2 persons, only team entries are eligible.
Replacement of any participant of a team shall not be permitted after registration.

Prize Money- INR 15,000/-
Each team should have four participants, No restrictions in the number of teams from an institute.
A leader may be declared from each team during the registration.

capturing device.
Each round will be time bound, participants may adhere to the time limit specified.

Game #8- The QUASAR (Short Film)
Prize Money- INR 15,000/-
Each team should have five participants, No restrictions in the number of teams from an institute.
Theme will be provided on the spot, all members must have character role in the film.
Time duration for the film shall be 5-10 minutes.
Participants are requested to carry Laptop (Wi-Fi enabled), internet net setter, pen drive, video & image capturing
device.
Participants have to showcase the film and also explain its creative side.

Game #9- The ODYSSEUS (Theme Dance)
Prize Money INR 15,000/-
Each team should have minimum seven and maximum nine participants, No restrictions in the number of teams from an
institute. Participation fee is INR 500/- per team. Participants should bring both CD and USB.
Time duration for theme is 8 to 10 minutes (This includes stage arrangements as well).
College will provide green rooms for every team, Organizers will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
Theme is mandatory and props are compulsory. Teams can decide their own themes.

Game #10- The TITAN (Hungama)
Prize Money INR 5,000/-
On-spot registration INR-100/Duration shall be less than 5 minutes. Judgments would be based on how quickly the participant adapts to the song.
Properties shall be provided by the organizers, Organizers will not provide anything for makeover.
Organizers will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

Game #11- THE HUBBLE (Photography Competition)
Prize Money INR 3,000/-
Theme will be announced by the game coordinators on the spot. The photographs along with caption (separate) should be
submitted on time.
Edited photographs won’t be accepted, Camera / Mobile and other equipment should be brought by the participants.
Judgement will be based on the following criteria, theme, focus, lighting, clarity, framing and colour combination.

The basketball shooting is an individual event, No restrictions in the number of participants from an institute.
