the principles of Way to Wealth

Principles of Way to Wealth
Last updated: April 2013
The principles of Way to Wealth regulate a harmonic cooperation between all partners and
participants and function as an orientation for decisions.
Our purpose
We constantly want to improve the quality of life on all levels for us and others. The base
therefore is creating a community through exchange and mutual offers in which we positively
reinforce, support and actively help each other in reaching our goals and fulfilling our dreams
and wishes.
Our goal is to increase our own self worth and help others with it so we can all live an active
and in ones own discretion self-determined, meaningful life. With our contribution to
enhancing life quality we want to create a world where everyone can be on good terms:
people and children.
Major rules
1. What we do, we do for us and our participants. Contentment, progress and experience in
our personal development are the most important reasons for our actions.
2. We work for us and our participants and charge reasonable prices for our efforts which
allows us to reliably find qualitative, creative and profitable solutions to enrich the lives
of our participants and help them on the way to reach their goals.
3. We always look at our work from our participant’s point of view and constantly strive to
enhance our products and services through our creativity and our ideas.
4. Our partners are just as important as our participants. Every single internal and external
partner is unique and of high value to our work and should be honoured, supported and
acknowledged by everyone in the community.
5. Our partner’s are opinions are extremely important to us and we will try to implement all
ideas and reflections into our work as good as possible in order to get even better results.
Principles of personal responsibility
We love our life and are personally responsible for our growth and the consequences of
decisions we made. We will never live for someone else or expect someone else to live for us.
We are honest with each other and promptly address conflicts with all concerned parties
present and obeying the principles in order to find a solution.
We respect the paths others choose for themselves and don’t judge any decisions, actions or
opinions but offer honest and genuine feedback as a gift.
We are politically – geographically – socially – economically – intellectually – spiritually free
and self-determined individuals and help others in becoming free and independently acting
people, so we can all live in a successful, happy, fulfilled and peaceful environment.
We respect the existing morals and value human life, the personal belongings of others and
act according to the law and our personal principles.
If a partner knowingly or unknowingly disobeys one of these principles the other partners or
organisational authorities are obliged to point this out.
If a principle/rule/agreement/etc. should not seem reasonable for an individual case, every
rule can be broken on personal responsibility but should be addressed as conflict according to
the first rule openly and communicated and solved in presence of the concerned parties.
If anyone should disobey our or any other social or universal laws, principles, rules,
agreements, etc; positive public reinforcement will applied and the conflict will be addressed
and solved.
