The original mahogany bar, Tennessee pink marble and intricate tin ceiling remain intact in the pub side of the London Grill. In the mid 1900’s the bar was sold to P.J. McMenamin and reopened as McMenamin’s Bar & Restaurant. Rumor has it that McMenamin’s ghost still lingers throughout the building, along with the occasional visit from Eastern State’s famous prisoner and bank robber Willie Sutton. The establishment became “London” in the late 1960’s when it was owned by Warren Brown. He owned two other Londons in Philadelphia, one located on 12th street, between Sansom and Walnut. Embossed in copper in the sidewalk you can still find the name “London” in front of the main entrance. In 1978 London was sold to Peter Coughlin. A few years later he created the restaurant part of the building and eliminated the living quarters that once existed. Terry Berch and Michael McNally became the owners in 1991 after long careers in the restaurant industry. They changed the name to “London Grill” and created the institution that we’ve grown to love today. follow us @londongrill & @pariswinebar to learn about events, specials and more 11 17 27 52 liter Clos La Chance, Central Coast, CA ‘12 Rioja 11 16 29 42 “Viña Hermosa“, Bodegas Santalba, Rioja DOCa, SP ‘11 Chambercin-Merlot 12 19 30 58 liter Allegro Winery, Brogue, York County, PA ‘13 SWEET WINE Moscato d’Asti 12 38 8 48 Ricossa, Piedmont DOCG, IT ‘12 Loupiac Chateau Loupiac-Gaudiet, Bordeaux, Loupiac, FR ‘03 THUR|FRI|SAT LIVE MUSIC ART US CRAFT BOTTLES & CANS 21st Amendment Watermelon Wheat 4.5%|12oz .. 5.5 Brooklyn Lager 5.2%|12oz ............................................... 5.5 Deschutes Conflux No. 1- Collage 11.6%|12oz.......... 30 Dogfish Head Indian Brown 7.2%|12oz....................... 6 Dogfish Head Tweason’Ale 6%|12oz ........................... 7 Great Divide Titan IPA 7.1%|12oz ................................. 6.5 Jacks Original Hard Cider 5.5%|12oz can ..................... 5.5 Jacks Helen’s Blend Hard Cider 5%|12oz can............. 5.5 Left Hand Milk Stout NITRO 6%|12oz ......................... 6 Ommegang Rare Vos 6.5%|12oz ................................... 10 Russian River Damnation 7.75%|12oz ......................... 14 Sierra Nevada Pale Ale 5.6%|12oz can ......................... 5 Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA 7.2%|16oz can ..... 6 Sly Fox Helles Golden Lager 4.6%|12oz can ................ 5 Stoudt’s Pils 4.7%|12oz ..................................................... 5.5 Tröegs Troegenator 8.2%|16oz can................................ 7 Weyerbacher Double Simcoe IPA 9%|12oz............... 7 Yards Brawler 4.2%|12oz ................................................. 5.5 US CRAFT BIG BOTTLES Brooklyn Black Ops 10.5% .............................................. 35 Dogfish Head Theobroma 9% ....................................... 25 Ommegang Three Philosophers 9.8% ........................ 20 Shawnee Craft Raspberry Blanche 4.8% ................... 22 Yards Chocolate Love Stout 5.5% ................................ 16 IMPORTS 1809 Berliner Weisse 5%|16oz ...................................... 13.5 Blanche de Bruxelles 4.5%|16oz .................................... 7 Boon Framboise 5%|12oz ................................................ 15 Crabbie’s Spiced Orange Ginger Beer 4.8%|12oz .... 7.5 Duvel 8.5%|12oz .................................................................. 9 Lindeman’s Gueuze Cuvée René 5%|12oz ................. 14 Lindeman’s Framboise 2.5%|12oz ................................ 14 Sam Smith Taddy Porter 5%|12oz ................................ 7 Stella Artois 5.2%|12oz ..................................................... 5.5 Tecate 4.5%|12oz can ......................................................... 4 Young’s Double Chocolate Stout 5.2%|16oz can ...... 8 IMPORTS BIG BOTTLES Amarcord AMA Bionda 6%........................................ 18 Chimay Trappist Ale (Red) 7% .................................. 20 Lindeman’s Pêche 2.5% ............................................... 19 Rodenbach 2010 Vintage 7% .................................... 35 Rodenbach Caractère Rouge 7% ............................. 45 THE USUAL SUSPECTS Yuengling Lager | Budweiser | Miller Light ......... 4 Coors Light | Michelob Ultra .................................... 4 Heinekin | Corona | PBR Tall Boy Can ................... 4.5 The Philly Special, PBR & Old Grand-dad.............. 5 (only available in the bar/café) HAPPY HOUR Drink Specials Available in the Bar/Café only: Mon-Fri 5-7 | Saturday 3-5 | Sunday 9-11 $3!
