Welcome to the Olive Terrace Bistro and Bar at the Tulbagh
boutique heritage hotel
Our emphasis is on sourcing local fresh produce, wine and beers then producing
all our dishes in house.
Our menu changes to reflect the seasons and the harvesting
of local fruits and vegetables.
Our Suppliers:
Eggs are free range, from Jo Lister at De Heuvel Farm.
Chris Bester, local market gardener, Dream Tulbagh Community Garden
and Farmer John supply us with fresh vegetables and herbs.
Organic home grown sprouts provided by Tanya Schenk at Chi.
Seasonal fruit obtained from numerous local farms, including Gousblomkloof,
Mont Rouge, Clackmannen, Klondyke and Hoogwater.
Dried fruit supplied by Stu’s dried fruit Tulbagh.
Great South African food, wine and beer!

Breakfast
All breakfasts are served with a bottomless cup of freshly brewed coffee or a pot of Ceylon
or Rooibos tea, with toast and preserves.
We also offer a wide range of specialty teas and coffees.
