Wellness Center Classes
SLOW FLOW YOGA:
A flowing, strength class for the beginner/intermediate yogi.
YOGA FOR WOMEN:
A great class for those new to yoga and those who want to review
key principles, improve total flexibility and awareness.
MEDITATION:
This class will create a greater sense of peace in us while
relieving stress and tension. Learn the skills to meditate
and live in the present moment. Breath work included.
WOMEN’S 20/20/20:
Easy to follow cardio, sculpting and full body stretch.
Spend 20 minutes on each. Bring weights 2-8lbs.
MIND YOUR MUSCLE:
Connect your mind and body through yoga stretches and
muscle strengthening. Please bring 3 lb. hand weights.
BODY SCULPTING:
Strength training exercises with stretching and cardio. Uses weights,
bands and balls. All exercise levels welcome. Bring 2-3lb weights.
PURE FUSION:
Perfect union – combining postural, stretching and relaxation of yoga
while engaging the “core” abdominal movements of Pilates.
CHAIR YOGA:
Get fit while you sit! Gentle yoga practiced while sitting in a chair
or standing using a chair for support. Reduces stress, improves mood!
PILATES/BOXING COMBO:
Mixes Pilates and boxing into a fat-torching and
muscle-sculpting workout. Non-contact explosive boxing drills.
CORE STRETCH AND STRENGTH:
Strengthen and tone your muscles and melt away stress.
Improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control
and endurance in the whole body
