Improvements thereon bear Municipal No. 600 Canal Street. 604 Canal St A CERTAIN PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and advantages thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, situated in the First District of the City of New Orleans, in Square No. 170 bounded by Canal, Camp, St. Charles and Common Streets, designated by the No. 2 on a plan by Hedin and Schlarbaum Surveyors, dated June 1st, 1854 and deposited as plan No. 228 in the office of Theodore Guyol, late Notary Public in this City and measuring thirty-five feet, two inches front on Canal Street; thirty –six feet, eleven inches, two lines on the rear line, by a depth of one hundred and twentyfive feet, nine inches, one line on the side line towards St. Charles Street and one hundred twelve feet, eleven inches, five lines on the other side line. Said portion of ground has the following measurements in accordance with a survey made by F.C. Gondolfo, Jr., surveyor dated September 30, 1953, a copy of which survey is annexed to an act of sale by the Administrators of the Tulane Educational Fund to Anton C. Tranchina and Margaret B. B. Trist, Notary Public, on November 7, 1866. Said lot is the one lying nearest to Canal Street and measures 17 feet, 7 inches front on Camp Street, by a depth of 105 feet, 5 inches, 2 lines on the line nearest to Canal Street, and a depth of 107 feet, 7 inches, 2 lines on the line dividing it from Lot “A”, and 17 feet, 8 inches, 5 lines in width in the rear, all American measure. The improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 113 Camp Street. 117 Camp St. A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the FIRST DISTRICT of the City of New Orleans, State of Louisiana, in the square bounded by Camp, Canal, St. Charles and Common Streets, which said lot is designated by the LETTER “A” on a sketch or plan drawn by C. A. DeArmas, Surveyor, dated November 5, 1886, annexed to an Inventory in the Succession of E. Chapman, taken by N.B. Trist, late Notary of this City, on the7th of the same month and year. Said lot measures, in American measure, 17 feet, 7 inches front on Camp Street, by a depth of 107 feet, 7 inches and 2 lines on one sideline, and 109 feet, 9 inches and 3 lines on the other sideline, and 17 feet, 8 inches and 8 lines in width in the rear. The improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 117 Camp Street.
