APPOINTMENTS
Deposits will be required for all treatments over the value of £30. Clients that have
previous “no shows” will be asked to pay a deposit to secure their booking
regardless of the value of the treatment.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your appointment to complete a mandatory
consultation form which enables our therapist to tailor any treatment to you.
Group bookings will require a 50% deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of all appointments must be made at least 24 hours before your
appointment time to avoid losing your deposit.
PATCH TESTING
Certain treatments require a patch test which will need to be carried out at least 24
hours before the treatment.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue and cannot be
exchanged for cash. Vouchers are redeemable against treatments and products.
Gift vouchers are available from reception.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please inform your therapist of any allergies or medical conditions, including
pregnancy, prior to your treatment, as some treatments may not be suitable.
