FRESH PIZZA BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Getting Started:
1. Preheat oven to 425°.
2. Unwrap & remove baking instructions.
3. Bake on tray provided. Note: This tray is intended
for single use only, not for reheating.
4. After baking, let pizza sit 5 minutes before serving.
Heads Up!
• Bake pizza within 24 hours of purchase.
• If you refrigerate pizza, let rest at room
temperature for 60 minutes prior to baking.
• Cooking pizzas near or in contact with an open
flame may result in fire.
• Use fork to puncture bubbles.
• Pan pizzas - Keep pan level in oven – oil may
smoke or burn if spilled. Wipe any oil from outside
of the pan. Do not place damaged pan in oven. The
pan and any remaining oil will be hot.
•For Large, Family Size, and Fresh Pan pizzas, bake
one pizza at a time. For 2 mediums, see baking chart.
*Certified Gluten Free Crust is topped in shared kitchen that also
handles gluten containing ingredients only.

Rack position
Crispier crust
Bake Original & Gluten Free on center
rack, Gourmet Delite & Thin on lower
rack, at least 5" above heat source.
Pizza is done when the crust is golden
brown and the cheese melts.
After about 10 minutes,
slide pizza off tray and
onto the oven rack.
Check every 1-2 minutes.
Place one pizza on the left side of lower
rack and one pizza on the right side of
upper rack without touching the sides
of the oven. After six minutes, rotate the
pizzas from lower to upper and upper to
lower rack. Finish baking.
After about 10 minutes,
slide pizza off tray and
onto the oven rack.
Check every 1-2 minutes.
Bake on the center rack, rotating as
needed for even baking. Pizza is done
when the cheese melts and the bottom of
the crust is golden brown. Do not remove
from Pan until finished baking.
For perfectly crisp crust,
use a spatula to remove
the baked pizza from the
pan immediately after
baking.
