SCHOOL COUNCIL INFORMATION


FAMILY DANCE- VOLUNTERRS NEEDED: We
have tentatively rescheduled it for April 21st
2017. We continue to need some additional
help with planning and preparing in order for
this event to be a success. If you are able
to help with any aspect of this event please
contact the school and we will pass your
name along to the Special Events team. We
know that this is a much looked forward to
fun family event, so
LUNCH LADY MONDAYS: Can you help us?
Would you have approximately 45
minutes of time to offer on certain
Mondays assisting the Lunch Lady
program? We need someone who can
come into the school foyer from
approximately 11:15am to 12:00 Noon on
the dates listed, to meet the Lunch
Lady representative delivering the
food, help sort the hot items into the
individual distribution bags, and then
help oversee the actual distribution as
the children and teachers flow through
on their way into the gym for lunch.
This is a fun, social opportunity to
come and briefly interact with not only
your child, but become familiar with
the student population, staff and
other contributors to make Monsignor
Neville Anderson School a success.
There is no prepping, homework, monies
exchanged, or extenuating
circumstances, as once lunch is served,
you are free to go on your way! It’s a
great way to volunteer without
serious, complicated involvement. If
you can help on any of the following
days, please email Carly at
[email protected]. The dates for
March and April are: March 20 and April
10, 18 (Tues), and 24. Any assistance
would be greatly appreciated!

EXECUTIVE POSITIONS NEEDED: Due to
conflicts of interest with our Council Bylaws,
we are still looking for a Secretary. This
position can be shared amongst one or two
people if needed. Also, training/mentoring can
also be provided.

