Since 1983, Process Control Services has provided clients with the most experienced and knowledgeable
field technicians in the industry to maintain and repair instrumentation and control systems. PCS is
headquartered in Plymouth, Michigan with a regional office in Cleveland, Ohio. We also have satellite
locations in Pittsburgh, Columbus, and Milwaukee. Our 35,000 square foot Plymouth facility houses an
extensive inventory to best meet the needs of our customers. We perform component-level repairs, as well
as calibrations that are 17025 Accredited. PCS is ready to meet your needs with our quick response times
and knowledgeable, ISA-certified service personnel.
Onsite Support
Through our customized instrument and system service agreements, we provide our customers with the
best maintenance/calibration schedule possible for their process. Along with scheduled and demand services,
PCS also provides system startup, installation, and turn-key projects. PCS customers can rest easy knowing
that service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

OEM’s have long lead times on repairs and calibrations. PCS can calibrate, repair or recondition your
equipment quickly and we always strive for the best turnaround possible on every order. All of our repairs
receive a one-year unconditional warranty, which meets or exceeds OEM standards.

Our field service personnel are ISA/CCST certified to ensure they provide quality support to all of our
customers. PCS has been ISO 9000 certified since 1994. The PCS quality management system is certified as
conforming to the standards of ISO 9001:2008 in categories for testing, calibration, and circuit board repairs.
We are ISO/IEC-17025:2005 accredited under the scope of calibration.
