Sharing a Calendar
Mac Users
You can share your Outlook calendars in Outlook 2011 or 2016 for Mac with your colleagues.
Share your calendar and grant permission:
1. Click Calendar in the Navigation Pane.
2. Right-click (or ctrl-click) on the calendar you want to share.
3. From the drop-down menu, select Sharing Permissions.
4. On the Properties dialog box, click the Permissions tab.
5. Click Add User > enter the user’s name > ADD.
6. Click the Permission Level down arrow, and choose a level of
permission to assign to the person you added > OK.
Remove or change permission level
1. Click Calendar in the Navigation Pane.
2. Right-click (or ctrl-click) on the calendar you want to change
someone’s permission.
3. From the drop-down menu, select Sharing Permissions.
4. Select the person you want to change his/her permission.
 You can stop sharing the calendar by clicking Remove > OK.
 Or you can change the permission by selecting different
permission level > OK.
Open a shared calendar
1. Launch Outlook > File menu > Open > Other User's Folder.
2. In the Open Other User’s Folder dialog box, click in the search bar
and start typing the name of the person who granted you
access. His/her name will appear, click the name so it is
highlighted.
3. Select the Folder Type drop down and choose Calendar > Open.
