Current Members’ Little Nippers Policy:
•
As members, your young ones under 18 are welcome at our Herb House during swimming hours
at no extra charge.
•
All children must be teamed up with you at all times & it is your responsibility to keep them under
control.
•
All children must be signed in and out at the reception desk by you on arrival.
•
Children will be allowed in the Lap Pool & changing rooms between: 3.30pm - 5pm Monday –
Sunday & 9.00 - 10.30am on Saturday and Sunday. These times are subject to change.
•
Other spa facilities, such as the hydropool, whirlpool, gym, sauna & steam rooms are for adults
only.
•
Please keep your eyes open for other guests and make sure you do not bring toys including balls
into any of our pools.
•
Please ask your kids not to jump or dive in as it makes a splash!
•
Please ask your little ones to try and remember to whisper whilst changing in our adult changing
areas.
•
Kids under 10 must change with you – we would recommend you make use of one of our larger
changing rooms so you can change privately together.
•
Kids over 10 must change in the correct gendered changing room, even if that means changing
on their own. Always remember to get your kids to wait in the waiting area outside the changing
rooms so you can go up to the pools together.
•
Only children of Herb House members will be permitted to access the Lap Pool & they must be
registered with us.
•
Please remember this privilege is for your own children only and we do not allow you to bring other
peoples’ children into the spa with you.
•
Under 3s must wear swimmers nappies when swimming in the Lap Pool.
