Replace X axis connecting rod - UP BOX

Goal is to remove and replace
the X axis connecting rod
Right side





Unscrew linear rail clips ( 1 x
screw underneath each)
Slide linear rail back
Push belt outward to release
Loosen motor (4 x screws)
Remove drive belt from motor
cog
Important: Do not fully remove
motor, only loosen to allow
movement of the belt.

Remove rail block (2 x screws)
Left Side

Repeat the above on the left side
(apart from loosening the motor
as this is only on the right)
Once the left rail block is removed the rod should come away. Install your new rod and repeat the above in
