Old Mother Goose,
When she wanted to wAnder,
Would ride through the air
On a very fine gander.
What you need:
• Three 9-inch basic paper plates
• One 5-inch basic paper plate
• One large cotton ball
• Scissors
• Glue
• Crayons or markers
Make it:
•Put two paper plates together, top to top.
And Old Mother Goose
The goose saddled soon,
And mounting its back,
Flew up to the moon.
•Cut a slit about one inch from the edge on each side of the plates to create the wings.
•Round out the body, just below the wings.
•Take another paper plate and cut a 2-inch by
3-inch rectangle for the neck.
•Cut two feet from the remaining part of the paper plate.
•Fold in both edges of the 5-inch paper plate, until the plate is triangle.
•Place the neck between the two body paper plates at the top.
•Place the feet in-between the two body paper plates at the bottom.
•Glue the two body paper plates together. Be sure to glue the neck and feet in as you do this.
•Glue the head onto the neck.
• Pull the cotton ball until it becomes long and thin. Then glue it on top of the head to create hair.
•Using crayons or markers give the goose eyes, a beak, orange feet and a dress.

Pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake,
baker’s man,
Bake me a cake as fast as
you can.
Pat it and roll it, and
mark it with a B,
And throw it in the oven
for Baby and me.
What you need:
• ¼ cup flour
• 5 tablespoon sugar
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
• Dash of vanilla extract
• Dash of salt
Make it:
• Whisk all ingredients into a large, microwave safe mug.
• Microwave for about 2 minutes or until
cake is puffed.
What you need:
• Water balloons
• Water
• Food coloring
• Freezer or snow
Make it:
• Fill balloons about half way with water and two drops of food coloring.
• Tie the balloon closed.
• Place the balloons in the freezer or outside in the snow.
• Once the water is frozen cut the balloon off.
• Be sure to play with the eggs outside and wear dark colored gloves, so you won’t get food coloring on your hands.
I bought a dozen new-laid eggs
Of good old farmer Dickens;

What you need:
Make it:
• Red or pink paper
• Small Lollipop
• Small hole punch (about 1/8 inch)
• Ribbon
• Cut four hearts from the red or pink paper, 2-3 inches in size.
These are great for
• Fan the hearts out to make a flower.
valentines or party favors.
• Tie a ribbon under the paper, to hold it in place.
• Punch a hole through each piece at the bottom on the heart.
• Push the stick on the lollipop through each heart.
What you need:
• 8 cups flour
• 1 cup baby oil
• Large tub
Make it:
• Put 8 cups of flour into a large tub.
• Add 1 cup of baby oil.
• Mix well.

What you need:
Make it:
• Bowl
• Mix the whipped topping, condensed milk and Kool-Aid in bowl.
• One graham cracker crust
• 8-12oz whipped topping (depending on crust depth)
• One can of sweetened condensed milk
• One packet of your favorite flavor of Kool-Aid
• Pour filling into crust.
• Chill until filling is thickened.

What you need:
• One package of hot dogs
• One pop-can crescent rolls
• 1 tablespoon butter
• ½ teaspoon salt
Make it:
• Put hot dogs, butter and salt in a pan and cook them over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
• Take off the heat and let the hot dogs cool for a bit.
• Unroll the crescent rolls on a table and wrap one around each hot dog.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

What you need:
• Paper bag
• Brown and red construction paper
• Crayons or markers
• Glue
• Scissors
Make it:
• Using brown construction paper, cut two ears.
• Using red paper cut a tongue.
PAPER BAG PUPPET
• Glue one ear on each side of the paper bag. Be sure you are gluing them on the bottom of the bag.
• Glue the tongue underneath the fold of the bag.
• Using the makers or crayons draw on eyes, nose and a collar.
What you need:
• Bowl
• Shaving cream
• School glue
• 1 piece of colored paper
• Pencil
• Foam paint brush
• Crayons or markers
Make it:
Painting
• In the bowl mix equal parts of the shaving cream and glue.
• On the paper, draw an outline of a sheep with a pencil.
• Use the foam paint brush to fill the sheep in with the mixture.
