Ultimate Exposures is pleased to be your
photography company. We have been
your league photographer for the last
three years and love working with you!

Our default pose is with the bat. We will
also be available to buddy/sibling
photos after we take the team photo.
Please bring your bat! Glove pose will
be accommodated on request, time
permitting.
You will receive a free memory mate,
mailed home for each athlete. This is
paid for by the league.
If you wish to order additional products,
please order on the form and turn it in
on Picture Day. Our website is available
to place additional orders as well.
Option 1
Return the order form on Picture Day
when your child is photographed.

Option 2
Wait for the emailed photo proofs.
Within 5 days of Picture Day you will
receive an email proof and a link to our
website.

All pictures will be mailed directly to your
home address within 10 days of ordering.



Your team will receive order forms one
week prior to picture day. Please fill
them out and bring to picture day, we’ll
pay the sales tax on Picture Day.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your
picture time, fully dressed - cap to cleats!
The league has assigned your photo
time slot.
Talk to your coach to make sure you
know when to be at picture day.
All orders will be mailed home. The
coaches will not distribute any orders.
Postage and tax are paid for the FREE
MEMORY MATE, however if you order
something else the postage fee will
apply to remainder of the order.
