OUR GENERAL PRICE LIST
Rolla Cremation and Memorial provides the goods and services as listed hereafter. You may
choose only the items you desire. Any services selected except Anatomical Donation, will include
a charge for our basic cremation services which accounts for our overhead. If it is necessary for
you to purchase any items that you do not specifically indicate due to legal or regulatory
requirements, we will provide you an explanation in writing on the statement of Funeral Goods
and Services.
The prices reflected in this General Price List are effective as of January 1, 2017, and are subject
to change without notice.

Direct Cremation (Without Visitation or any Ceremony)

Includes:

Transfer of your loved one from the place of death to our facility within 50 mile
radius of Rolla ($3.00 per mile after 50 miles)
 24 hour per day Care of your loved one
 Preparation of all necessary document
 Cremation process using our state-of-the-art equipment
 Alternative Cremation Container
 Assistance with placement of Newspaper and/or Radio notices
 Return of the cremated remains in
1) Temporary Plastic Urn (included in above price)
2) An Urn purchased from our stock
3) An Urn purchased from our catalog

Direct Cremation with Graveside Service

Includes:
 All benefits of the Direct Cremation Package as well as:
 Coordination, set-up and supervision for a Graveside Service at the cemetery of
your choice (within 50 mile radius of Rolla. $3.00 per mile after 50 miles)

 Grave Side Service following Memorial Service add $295.00 with tent, chairs and

 Preparation of all necessary documents
 Assistance with placement of Newspaper/Radio Stations notices
*PLEASE NOTE*
Each Medical School has their own criteria for accepting persons for Anatomical Donation.
In some cases the medical school will prohibit an Anatomical Donation due to weight
issues, manner of death, etc.
Rolla Cremation and Memorial has no control over this and cannot be held responsible for
decisions made by the Medical Schools.
