Doors will open 30 minutes before movie start time.
Absolutely no outside food or drink allowed. Drinks, popcorn and candy will be available to
purchase at the snack bar.
Theater rental is $100.00
Movies over 2 hours in length will incur an additional $10.00 fee.
Includes up to 25 small popcorn buckets free
Extra popcorn can be purchased for $1.00 per small bucket or $1.00 refills.
Snack bar will close 1 hour after movie start time

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS: Reservations must be made at least 5 days prior to an event. Reservations must be made in person and full payment is required at the
time of reservation. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior in order to receive a refund of your payment.

RENTAL PERIOD: Facilities may not be occupied until the specified “begin time” on the reservation. The facility must be vacated and cleaned no later than the “end time” listed
at the top of this contract, or you will be charged an additional fee as listed above.

MILITARY COMMITMENT: There is always the possibility that a military function will need the Theater and cause a cancellation of your event. If this happens you will receive
100% refund.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES FOR USE:
SUPERVISION OF YOUTH: Parents, guardians, and event sponsors are required to provide adequate supervision for youth AT ALL TIMES within the facilit y.
_______ DAMAGE: Customers are financially liable for any and all damage. This liability extends to all property comprising the facility, its contents and its grounds. I agree to identify to
the Community Center Staff any and all damages caused to the facility and/or property and grounds during my rental of the facility.
_______ SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside any Government facility or within 50 feet of any exterior entrance.
PETS: Pets and other animals are not permitted inside the facility.
