We kindly invite you to join the 21st European Microelectronics and Packaging
Conference & Exhibition at the impressive historic Main Hall
of Warsaw University of Technology in Poland.
The forthcoming EMPC 2017 will build on the successful forerunning EMPCs – the latest were
in Germany (2015) and France (2013) – to benefit exhibitors and technical contributors. EMPC brings together
the entire microelectronics supply chain, technical and marketing professionals from around the world.
The variety of sessions offers the possibility to enhance professional development, technical knowledge/

The International Microelectronics and Packaging Society (IMAPS) is a worldwide organization,
which leads communication, education and interaction at all levels in the field. IMAPS is dedicated
to the growth of the community focused on developments of microelectronics, photonics and related
packaging technologies of the present and future, including 3D Integration, SMT, CoB and FC-Assembly,
Embedding, Wafer Level Packaging, Encapsulation, Printed Electronics, MEMS, Photonics, HF, HT,
Power-Electronics, Flexible Electronics, Advanced Materials, Thermal Management, Modeling/Design/
Simulation, Reliability.
The conference is an important platform for dialogue between industry and academia. At EMPC 2017,

CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION VENUE
EMPC 2017 conference and exhibition will be held at Warsaw
University of Technology, the greatest technical university in Poland,
where Prof. Jan Czochralski worked. The place is located in the city
center close to the airport, railway station and surrounded
by many hotels.
BOOTH CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPEMENT
All exhibition spaces will be provided with a shell scheme.
Depending on the requested sqm, the shell scheme will be adapted
to the given size of the exhibition space.
The booth construction will include:
Back and side wall – white
Front sign board for company name
Min. 2 spotlights depending on sqm
One table
Two chairs
One showcase
One display pad for promotion materials
One wastebasket
Electricity connection & consumption

If your booth is left unattended we recommend locking away any valuable objects.
The exhibition area will be locked during the night, but there will be no security
and no insurance against theft.
Depending on the size of your booth each company gets the following
full conference registration:
Booth size:
6 sqm – 1 exhibitor registrations
9 sqm – 2 exhibitor registrations
12 sqm – 3 exhibitor registrations
It is also possible to register a half of the booth, that would be shared by two companies.
Each company will have it’s own showcase, but other elements of the booths furniture
will remain the same.
GENERAL INFORMATION
It is mandatory to wear the badges while being at the venue. You will receive your
exhibitor badges at the registration desk.
All registered exhibitors are entitled to participate in coffee breaks, lunches
and evening programs of the EMPC 2017, and will get A4 promotional space
in the conference materials, as well as the logo and short information placed
on the conference webpage.
All exhibition spaces will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, and there
is a limited number of 40-50 booths so we encourage you to register as early as
possible.
The EMPC 2017 Exhibition will be open for visitors after free registration.
Complete list of the visitors along with the contact details and short description
will be provided to all exhibitors to help establishing cooperation opportunities.
