Juicing Rules:
Always Wash Vegetables and Fruit Carefully.
Please try to make your juice for the day each morning.
Don’t worry about exact measurements.
Keep Vegetable to Fruit Ratio at 80%/20%.
Carrot/Apple OR Carrot/Celery Juice
(optional lemon)– 80%
Carrot, 20% Green Apple - Minimum of 3 Glasses a Day to Max 32
ounces a Day
Wheatgrass Juice
– 1 to 2 Servings A Day
Cabbage Juice – Red Cabbage/Apple
– 80% Cabbage, 20%
Apple – Minimum 1 Glass a Day to Max 2 Glasses a Day
Green Juice #1 –
Minimum 2 Glasses a Day of Any Green Juice
Dark green lettuces – ¼ - ½ Head (depending on the size of the lettuce): red and green
leaf lettuces, romaine, endives.
Watercress – 5 or 6 leaves
Red cabbage – 2 or 3 leaves
Swiss chard – little
Green apple – 1
(optional lemon)
Green Juice #2
Dark Green Lettuces (Swiss Chard, Romaine, Endive Green Leaf)
Celery
Cucumber
Green Apple
(optional lemon)
You can make other, but for these first few weeks, the Carrot Base Juice, the
Cabbage Base Juice and Green Juices will be the Staples. Most juices will be
Vegetable based with the only fruit allowed being Green Apple, for now.
