It’s the New England Patriots against the Seattle Seahawks in
the Super Bowl this year. We will be having a pre-party starting
at 5:30 with food and drinks. Then stay and watch the Super
Bowl on our big screen with kick-off starting at 6:30 pm.

performance. They will be playing during dinner, taking only a

Renee from the Gary Home will be performing Folk
& Irish music with her partner Tom.
"The Regina Wrenfield Show" show will feature
jazz standards, show tunes and original songs. There
will be different characters and some comedy skits.
The show features the importance of music as a
theme, letting go of worries and being in the present
moment as well as remembering special songs and
times from the past.

An Evening with Sojourner Truth

InoraBrass is Vermont’s premier professional brass
ensemble, comprising Grammy Award winning
musicians who have played with the Nashville
Symphony, Vermont Symphony, and on Broadway
at Carnegie Hall to list a few. Consisting of a french
horn, trumpets, trombone, and tuba, these musicians
will wow you!

Studio Art Place
Tuesday, February 24th

Barre
In this living history depiction, Kathryn Woods uses
spiritual music and Truth’s own words to recreate the
remarkable life of the abolitionist, feminist, and
escaped slave. The vehicle will leave the Main Lobby
at 6:45 pm.
Take a trip to your local art studio in the heart of
Barre, Vermont. Look at the local artist’s work from
painting, to sculping, and even stone work. Their
work is all around Barre, come and take a look at
what the Studio Art Place has to offer!

VPR host Robert Resnik and his musical partner
Marty Morrissey, both long-time members of the
Highland Weavers, will give an overview and history
of Vermont folk music with a combination of live
performances and recordings.

Blachly’s presentation about 18th century upholstery
is a case study involving a queen, a palace, and the
women who produced the needlepoint.
Guess How Many Hearts
Monday, February 2nd- Friday, February 6th
Main Lobby
We have filled a container with candy hearts, it is
now your job to try and figure out how many are in
there. You will put your guesses into a box that will
be located right next to the candy. The guesses will
be collected on Friday, February 6th and counted. A
prize will be given to the closest guess that doesn’t
go over the amount.
