ANG MABUTING BALITA (Mt. 18:1-5. 10. 12-14)
Pagbasa sa Mabuting Balita ayon kay San Mateo,
Nang panahong iyon, lumapit kay Hesus ang mga alagad at tinanong nila siya: “Sino ang mas una sa kaharian ng Langit?”
Tinawag ni Hesus ang isang maliit na bata at ipinagitna sa kanila, at sinabi: “Sinasabi ko sa inyo na hanggang hindi kayo nagbabago
at nagiging katulad ng maliit na bata hindi kayo makapapasok sa kaharian ng Langit. Ang nagpapakababa gaya ng maliit na batang
ito, siya ang pinakamalaki sa kaharian ng Langit. At ang sinumang tumanggap sa batang ito dahil sa aking pangalan ay
tumatanggap sa akin.
Huwag sana ninyong hamakin ang isa sa maliliit na ito; talagang sinasabi ko sa inyo na laging nasa harap ng aking Ama sa Langit
ang kanilang mga anghel sa Langit.
“Ano sa palagay ninyo? kung may sandaang tupa ang isang tao at naligaw ang isa sa mga ito, hindi ba niya iiwan sa kaburulan ang
siyamnapu’t siyam para hanapin ang naliligaw? At sinasabi ko sa inyo: Kapag nakita niya ito, mas matutuwa pa siya rito kaysa
siyamnapu’t siyam na hindi naligaw. Gayundin naman, ayaw ng inyong Amang nasa Langit na mawala isa man sa maliliit na ito.”
Pagninilay:
Ang sabi nga sa isang awitin, Ikaw ba’y nalulungkot, kaw ba’y nag-iisa. Walang kaibigan, walang kasama? Masdan mo ang mga
bata, ang buhay hawak nila, ang sagot ay iyong makikita. Ang mga katangian ng isang bata tulad ng kasimplehan, kababaan ng
loob, marunong tumanggap ng pagkakamali, masunurin at matapat ang ilan lang sa pwede nating matutunan sa mga bata para
makapasok tayo sa kaharian ng langit. Nawa’y sa ating pagtanda huwag nating kalimutan ang mga mabubuting katangian ito.

Noong Oktubre 20, 1944, Bumalik si heneral Douglas MacArthur at mga kasamahan ni dating pangulong Sergio Osmena,
heneral Basilio J. Valdes, brigidyer heneral Carlos P. Romulo ng Sandatahang Lakas ng Pilipinas at si heneral Richard H.
Sutherland ng Hukbong Katihan ng Estados Unidos ay ang dumaong ng puwersang Amerikano sa Palo, Leyte. At nagsimula ng
Pagpapalaya ng bansang Pilipinas sa pagitan ng pagsamahin na mga tropang Pilipino at Amerikano kabilang ang mga kumilalang
pangkat ng mga gerilya noong 1944 hanggang 1945 at ang pagsalakay ng puwersang Hapones. Noong Setyembre 2, 1945,
sumuko si heneral Tomoyuki Yamashita sa mga tropang Pilipino at Amerikano sa Kiangan, Ifugao sa Hilagang Luzon.
Noong Abril 16, 1945, pumasok ang mga sundalong Sobyet sa lungsod ng Berlin, matatagpuan sa kabiserang lungsod
ng Alemanyang Nazi ay lumaban sa mga sundalong Aleman ay sinira ito at nagwasak ng lungsod at may hihigit sa 600,000
sundalong Aleman at mga sibilyan ang namatay at nasugatan sa mga kawal ng pulang Sobyet. Noong Mayo 8, 1945, Ang
pagkatalo ng mga Alemanyang Nazi at ang pagsuko sa pwersang Kakampi.

Natapos lamang ang digmaan sa buong mundo pagkatapos ng pagpirma ng pagsuko ng mga sundalong Hapon sa sundalong
Amerikano, pagkatapos ng pagbobomba sa Hiroshima at Nagasaki, noong Setyembre 2, 1945, sa Tokyo Bay, Hapon.

ang ginawa nilang paghahanda sa gawain ay hindi biro. Talagang pinatunayan nilang, mana sa kanila ang kanilang mga anak. Sa

12. BARILYA. Ito ang itinuturing na kauna-unahang baryang ginawa sa Pilipinas sa ilalim ng pamamalakad ng mga
Espanyol. Nakamarka sa bawat barilya ang eskudo o coat of arms ng Lungsod Maynila. Ang mga unang barilya ay
gawa sa magaspang na tanso at may tinatayang halagang katumbas ng isang sentimo. Manipis at maliit din ang barilya
kompara sa mga kasalukuyang barya.
13. BINUKOT. Siya ay isang babae na itinago at ikinulong sa isang madilim na silid ng bahay. Hindi ito pinapaarawan,
at hindi rin pinapatapak sa lupa dahil tinuturing itong sagrado, at halos mistikal. Sa mga pag-aaral at panananliksik ni

videotape. Then spend some time responding to God’s love with thanks.

What Is Tuberculosis?
Tuberculosis (TB) is a highly infectious disease that primarily affects the lungs. It can also affect other organs. TB was once called
“consumption.” It is the world’s second-most fatal infectious agent, after HIV/AIDS (WHO, 2013). TB is most common in
developing countries.
Tuberculosis is usually both preventable and curable under the right conditions.
What Causes Tuberculosis?
The mycobacterium tuberculosis bacterium causes TB. But there are a variety of TB strains. Some strains are resistant to
medication.
Bacteria are transmitted by air. They can be transmitted when a person sneezes, coughs, speaks, or sings. A nearby person can
then inhale the TB bacteria.
People with strong immune systems may not experience TB symptoms, even though they carry the bacteria. This is known as
latent or inactive TB. Inactive TB is not contagious. Active TB, however, can make you and other people sick.
