ATP
Made of three components, Adenine, Ribose and Phosphate.
How does ATP store energy?
1- Unstable phosphate bonds
2- Low activation energy
3- Energy is released when these bonds break

ATP can be resynthesized
Why isn’t ATP a good energy store?
It is an unstable molecule due to weak phosphate bonds, it also gets used up really quickly,
hence why our body is making more all of the time through respiration.
