B.A.M - Boxing, Aerobics, and Martial Arts Beware–if you don’t want to have fun while getting totally drenched, this class may
not be for you! This takes kickboxing to another level using weighted bags to execute karate, boxing and self-defense
techniques.
Barre Core- Practice ballet like Baryshnikov while you are getting totally ripped! Barre Core like never B4 will build and tighten
those muscles in your abs, back, thighs and upper body while improving balance.
Boot Camp- Get out of bed with a smile and take this high voltage class to activate your heartbeat and get the blood pumping.
This focus is circuit training using a combination of high-intensity cardio and resistance training ! Bring it!!
Buns ‘n Guns- This total body workout will not only give you toned arms and butt – but will make you rock hard from head to
toe! This fun workout uses a combination of weights, steps, bands and more giving you both muscle tone and cardio
endurance.
Kick@$$- This class guarantees endorphin euphoria using constant kickboxing energy while integrating dumbbells and power
sculpting. You will feel invigorated by the non-stop cardio flow that works every muscle group with power tools.
Kick It- Rock out while you kill it with kickboxing! High energy, heart thumping, dripping wet burn that guarantees power, speed
and maximum cardio strength. Warning: Can be addictive! Kick It Extreme – Kick It on Steroids! Kick it X takes Kickbox to the
next level!
Matrix- ARE YOU READY TO RUMBLE??? This concentrated interval class will work every single solitary muscle in your body.
Once you think that one muscle group had enough—we’ll give you a short crazy cardio “break”—then we’ll go right back to that
muscle group a few more times.
Restorative Yoga –In this class, gentle movement encourages improved circulation and weight bearing will help build bone
density. Awaken areas of the body that have been inactive, soothe aching joints, and your calm mind with this enjoyable
practice. Any level of practitioner can benefit from this class.
Slim Fit Yoga - A high energy yoga class designed to give you a cardio workout while building strength, flexibility, and toning the
smaller muscle groups. Intervals of movement are balanced with stretching and core work to burn calories and increase
metabolism
Slow & Gentle Yoga – Here you will relieve the stress and fast pace of everyday life. When we slow down, we have the
opportunity to quiet the mind, open the body, and reconnect to the authentic peace, balance, and joy that resides in the
heart. This practice will include slow gentle flow, deep stretching, and blissful meditation. Om Shanti Shanti Shanti.
Wake Up :Change Up - Get ready to change up your routine! You'll work on plyo-metrics, weights, even non-weight bearing
exercises that will burn up those calories. Each Tuesdayy is completely different from the last. The only thing "routine" about
this dynamic class, is that it's always challenging!!!
Vinyasa Yoga - This vigorous style of yoga links breath and movement through a nimble sequence of Sun Salutations and
postures. The smooth, continuous flow deepens breathing, increases endurance, and will test the edge of your balance and
flexibility. Flow classes includes a quiet period of meditation to help your mind calm and let your body absorb the stillness.
Zumba- The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program
that will blow you away.
Zumba Tone - Raises the bar when it comes to sculpting (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting
exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance
fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target
zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally
while having a total blast.

studio floor. Athletic shoes only.
