- Suggestions of a social night for parents , trivia night or a
ball at Pyree hall. Suggestion for a parent representative from each grade to attend monthly
meeting. Invite any parents at school Monday mornings
for assembly, to attend P&F meeting.

How to attract new helpers to the P&F?
• Fees for help- Dave to draft a letter to Chris Patton asking for non paying families to
to help with P&F events and working bee's
• Perhaps change of meeting time- an earlier afternoon start to be considered to attract
parents already at school for pick-up time.
• Grade competitions - Encourage each grade to get their families to help out with events by
rewarding children with a grade prize. Points allocated for any family member who helps.
Dave to talk to Chris about addressing kindergarten.
• First event of the year parent teacher night, Feb 17th. Phil to address parents and
new members to join.

• Welcome disco – date 4th March. Monica to order food supplies and Ice cream van.
Note to go home for kindy parents to ask for helpers at welcome disco.
• Dave to talk to Chris about shipping container for storage.
• Easter raffle -24th March. Send out Easter tickets and notes for donations asap,extra
tickets to be printed this year.
• Monica to contact CDF to announce new committee members.
