Conley School is hosting our Fourth Annual Talent Show!
You could be on stage, performing for your friends and family!
Please pay close attention to the following guidelines and important dates.
Fill out the entry form below with a parent’s signature and you could be on stage for the
Conley School’s Got Talent show.
Timeline:
 Due to time and space, only the first 30 acts will be able to participate (grades 1-5).
 Entry forms will be accepted beginning Monday, April 8, 2013.
 Deadline for entry is Thursday, April 11, 2013.
 All entries will be screened at the Conley School on Thursday, April 25, 2013 by appointment.
 Dress rehearsal will take place on Thursday May 16, 2013.
 Show date is Friday, May 17, 2013.
Guidelines:
 Acts may be group or individual.
 If lyrics are being used, you must provide a copy prior to the screening.
 All spoken words must be provided in writing prior to the screening.
 All acts have a maximum time length of 2 minutes.
 All music needs to be cut on a single CD. A copy must be provided no later than the day of the screening.
 All clothing/costumes must be age appropriate (subject to approval prior to the day of the screening).
 All songs will only be used once (first come, first choice).
 A non-refundable Entry fee is $5.00 per person, payable with entry form.
 Each student participating will have the opportunity to pre-purchase tickets.
