Experience Music Project: Possibly the most unique building you’ll ever see, the Experience Music Project and Science Fiction Hall of Fame is quickly becoming an icon of Seattle located on the Seattle Center Campus. Come see exhibits of both popular music and Science Fiction of all mediums. This attraction is not to be missed when visiting Seattle. The Space Needle: The landmark of the Pacific Northwest, Seattle’s space needle is pretty hard not to “see” when visiting but groups will miss out if they don’t ascend to the 520 ft. tall observation deck and either have lunch or simply look around and shop in the gift shop. Oh and for those who are frightened of this thing not being stable, it was built to withstand winds of up to 200 mph and earthquakes up to 9.1 magnitude. This is one tough tower. Seattle Aquarium/Woodland Zoo: Don’t come to Seattle without visiting the aquarium and the zoo. Exhibits at the Seattle aquarium include the Window on Washington Waters, Life on the Edge, Life of a Diver and much more. Woodland Park Zoo has 92 acres of exhibits including over 1000 specimens and 300 species. The zoo and aquarium are entertaining for any group. Other Activities: Other activities include but are not limited to free shopping time at Pike Place Market, home of one of the oldest continually operated public farmer’s markets in the world. You can also visit the Pacific Science Center comprised of 8 buildings housing two IMAX theaters, a Laser Dome theater, tropical butterfly house, plaentarium and many more handson science exhibits and attractions.
