Purpose of this form
Please use this form to request for a redraw from a Home Loan, Commercial Loan or other loan account permitted by the Bank (in accordance with the terms of the loan
agreement). After this form is completed, it may be faxed, emailed or handed in the completed form to a Bank of China branch staff member.

Section 3 –Borrower(s) Acknowledgement and Authority

I/We authorise Bank of China (Australia) Limited (the “Bank”) to act on my/our instructions given in this form.
I/We acknowledge that: 1. The amount available for redraw on your loan account on a particular day does not include any early repayment amount made on that day or any early repayment amount that
has not yet been processed by us on that day ; 2. The redraw amount represents all or part of the amount by which my/our payments to the loan account have exceeded the scheduled repayments; 3. if the
Bank accepts this request, the redraw amount becomes part of the balance owing on my/our loan account when it is debited to the loan account and it is subject to the terms of the loan agreement
applying to my/our loan with the Bank.; 4. any redraw amount is debited to my/our loan account as specified above, interest will be calculated on the same basis as balance owing on my/our loan
account; 5. after any redraw, the amount of my/our repayments may be changed to ensure that my/our loan will be repaid in accordance with the terms of my/our loan agreement with the Bank; 6. Any
redraw fee charged for this service will be deducted directly from the redraw amount.
I/We acknowledge that the Bank is only able to process my/our redraw request between 9:30am to 4:30pm on business days (normally Monday to Friday). If a loan redraw request is received by the
Bank outside business hours, or on a weekend, a National Public Holiday or 29th, 30th or 31st day which may not exist within certain months, the Bank will process the redraw on the next business day.
I/We acknowledge that if the redraw is credited to the nominated DDR account, it may take up to 5 working days for me/us to receive the funds. I/We are responsible to check the terms of my/our loan
agreement to see whether any redraw fee and other fees apply. I/We acknowledge that redraw is not available for Secured Personal Loans. I/We acknowledge that if the above redraw request
contravenes the terms of the loan agreement, it will not be processed, and if the Bank is unable to process the redraw request as a result of my/our failure to comply with my/our loan agreement, I/we
accept full responsibility for such failure and will not seek any recourse against the Bank.
I/We declare to the Bank that: I/We have not dealt with any security interest connected with my/our loan without the Bank’s consent; I/We am/are not relying on any statement or representation by the
Bank (including its employees) in relation to the taxation consequences of making a redraw.
