63/100 south 8 miles to the sale site. From Glasgow, take
the Hwy. 249 approximately 20 miles and travel through
Flippin, turn left onto Hwy 100 and proceed approximately
7 miles, bear left on Hwy 63 to East Main St. and continue
to the sale site. Signs posted.

sale with property I.D. All bidders will be required to sing in prior to
bidding at the auction. All items are to be paid for before leaving
the premises. All items are being sold “As Is’ with no warranty expressed or implied and buyers should satisfy themselves as to the
description and quality of each item. A 6% Kentucky sales tax will be
applied to all purchases unless buyer has a resale certificate.
