What is the Meaning of All Our Research and Creative Work?
Clodualdo del Mundo, Jr.
University Fellow, DLSU
ABSTRACT: In contrast to other fields of study, it is more difficult to see the significance of a filmmaker
or a film scholar’s work especially in the context of national development. Del Mundo muses or
meditates on the question, perhaps as a way of justifying his existence.
