Each lecture has a duration of 20 minutes, allowing 10 minutes for questions and discussion (with
the exception of the first session, the plenary on Lymphoma biology, which has 2x 30 min + 15 min
for discussion).
The case presentations have a duration of 15 minutes, including discussion time.
