DIGITAL RIGHTS All of our packages include rights to the images.
This allows you to own the full resolution jpgs
from the edited storyline (photographer’s
selections) of your engagement and wedding
pictures. Full resolution color jpgs are burned to
an archival gold DVD or USB drive & delivered in
a custom photo case.
PROOFBOOK $400
Our proofbooks offer access to the full printed
catalog of your wedding photos. Printed in book
format with 6 images per 11x14 page with a
custom photo cover.

CONTRACT

As your photographers, it is our goal to provide every client with images and prints that adhere to the
highest standards of quality and accurately portray the beauty and joy of the occasion. We strive to be
personable and provide friendly, respectful service.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
The Client shall make a deposit of $500 with this signed contract to retain the Photographers for the
wedding date. At such time as this order is completed, the deposit shall be applied to reduce the total
cost and Client shall pay the balance due the day of the wedding.
PACKAGE CREDIT & PRODUCT EXPIRATIONS
All discounts, savings, credits and package redemptions expire three months from the contracted
wedding day.
PACKAGE ADJUSTMENTS
If the Client wishes to add or remove items from their wedding package, they may do so within thirty
(30) calendar days from the contract date. Hours of coverage may be added (not subtracted) all the
way up to the wedding day.
COPYRIGHTS & REPRODUCTIONS
The Photographers shall own the copyright to all images created and shall have the exclusive rights to
make reproductions. The Photographers shall only make reproductions for the Client or for the
Photographer’s portfolio, samples, self-promotions, display or editorial use.
With the granted digital rights, the Client may post and share images online, save and edit for personal
use, and make prints and give them to family and friends. The Client may not make a profit or receive
gifts or money in exchange for the images or allow the images to be used for business purposes.
TURNAROUND TIME
Clients will be able to view a preview of a few wedding images four weeks after the wedding date. The
full gallery of edited image will be posted approximately six weeks after the wedding date.
SHIPPING
Walcott Imaging will cover up to $10 of shipping items per client. After that point we ask that the client
pay any additional shipping costs that may incur. (Credit cards are accepted for this transaction.)
CANCELLATION
If the Client wishes to cancel the terms of this contract any deposit paid to the Photographer shall not
be refunded.
FAILURE TO PERFORM
If the Photographer(s) cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, act of God,
or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness, then the
Photographer(s) shall return the deposit to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to
the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are
damaged, lost through camera or computer malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on
the part of the Photographer. In the event the Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the
Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.
