Henry Sibley Summer Gymnastics
Henry Sibley Gymnastics will be offering summer gymnastics camps! We will have 3 camps over June and July. You will be able to sign
up for one, two or three camps! Classes will be offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. You can sign up for 1,2 or 3 classes a
week. You can come as much or little as fits into your budget and schedule!!

Kids Classes:
Tykes- Ages 4&5- 1 hour-

Basics: somersaults, rolls, beam
walks/jumps, jump on vault,
beginning cartwheels, hangs and

back extensions rolls,
arabesques, forward rolls on
pullovers on bars.

I hereby authorize the staff at the Henry Sibley Gymnastics Summer Gymnastics Camp to act for me according to their best judgment in
any emergency requiring medical attention, and I hereby waive and release Henry Sibley High school from any and all liability for any
injuries or illness incurred while at Henry Sibley’s gymnastics class. I understand that participation in gymnastics activities involve
motion, rotation and height in a unique environment and as such carries with it the risk of injury. Henry Sibley is not responsible for
personal items that are lost, stolen or damaged. All medical expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the gymnast or the gymnast’s
family. In lieu of medical certificate signed by a medical doctor, I have no knowledge of any physical or mental impairment that would be
affected by the named gymnast’s participation in the program, as outlined in the brochure, which I have read. I also understand that Henry
Sibley’s Gymnastics program retain the right to use any photographs, video tapes, motion picture recordings, or any other record of this
event for publicity, advertising, or any legitimate purpose.
