Good project management is a necessary prerequisite to meet project objectives.
Background
In these days organizations in the private and public sectors are facing the
growing, complex and multidisciplinary tasks that are needed to solve.
The complexity of solved issue often crossed borders of one department
or the classic line structure. To solve the complex issues and to
support internal resources there is no exceptionality for increase the
probability of success of the project, the organizations strengthen
internal project teams by external experience of professional project
managers.
How larger the project is and how more people from different parts in
the project are, then it is more necessary to follow all the rules of

Our approach
Grant Thornton uses a unique methodology for project management called
Project Management Methodology. It is proprietary methodology of
Grant Thornton which has been already tested on hundreds of projects over
the world in private and public sector. This methodology is a complete
implementation of PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge),
what is a generally accepted framework for project management which
defined by Project Management Institute (PMI).
Experts from GTA are certified on managing according to project
methodologies PMBOK, PRINCE2 and IPMA. Experts from GTA have been charged of a number of large
