Square Wood-Grained Bollard
Have the look and feel of wood without the problems. Produced from
environmentally friendly spun-cast concrete, our bollards will not crack or warp
like wood. Ameron duplicated the wood grain lines in every detail. Perfect for
pathways, western themes and green belts. Available in several wood-grained
color stains to match their surroundings.
Ameron spun-cast bollards allow a low-maintenance way to enhance any park,
commercial or streetscape environment. Durability and a variety of colors
make this the bollard of choice.
General Information
The shafts shall be formed as a single
piece, square concrete shafts with either a baseplate or direct embedded base.
They shall be centrifugally cast, concrete
poles conforming to AASHTO specifications and conform to requirements of
ASTM-C1089. The luminaries shall be
formed from high quality cast aluminum, powder coated as required.
Surface Treatment
After manufacturing the shafts, the
aggregate shall be lightly exposed
by an even coating from a steel
shot blaster. Following the shot
blasting, the shaft shall be coated with
a pigmented concrete coating
to enhance base color.
