All Delegates welcomed by Gary Light – Chairperson. Clubs are asked that only the one Delegate speak on the conference, but observers are welcome. TaG 125 Tyres Recommendation from Management Committee as follows: 1. Central Zone leave as is due to the last round being in a few weeks time. 2. Southern Zone leave as is (only 1 more round to go after the long weekend). 3. Northern Zone - Change the State Regulations to allow them to use MG Yellows for rounds 4 and 5 should they wish. 4. Club Days optional to clubs – must be listed in the sup regs for the race meetings. 5. Major Invitation Meetings - We have had approval if a club wishes to run the MG Yellow tyre in TaG 125. It will just need to be listed in the sup regs for that meeting. 6. State Championships 2016 leave as is. 7. Discussion on the tyres for the TaG 125 class for 2017 to be held at our AGM and a decision for all race meetings be made then. Northern clubs have agreed to remain on MG Red/White for the remainder of the Northern Zone Series rather than change to MG Yellow. No State Regulations are required to be changed. Constitution Discussion on timeline for changes to the Constitution. No changes will be done at the 2016 AGM. The entire Constitution will be reviewed and modified to ensure it complies with the new 2015 Associations Act. Plan is to have draft sent to the clubs in the first half of the new year and final version submitted for approval at the 2017 AGM. DSR are looking at how they can provide assistance to the State and Clubs. KA AGM Gary Light provided some further information on what occurred with the AGM Notification, Proxy Vote and today’s Media Release. Introduction of New Tyres KA are aware of the issues and concerns of Karting WA. To help with statistical info on the introduction of the new tyres. If clubs have any members leave because of the increased costs could they please let Karting WA know with names and license number? Meeting finished at 8.15pm
