Instructions for Plant-‐like Protists Foldable 1. Take a sheet of paper and fold it in half long ways to make a long rectangle. Fold here 2. Next fold it in half to make a short rectangle. Fold here 3. Now fold it in half again to make and even smaller rectangle. Fold here 4. Now you have a paper with 4 dividers. Cut along the short folds only to the halfway mark to make flaps for your foldable. Cut along the Lines Stop cutting at this point 5. Label each flap a different type of plant-‐like protist: Euglenoids, Diatoms, Dinoflagellates, and Chrysophytes. Euglenoids Diatoms Dinoflagellates Chrysophytes 6. Inside the flaps you will put information about each and find a picture of each and print it and glue it in the appropriate space. (The information can be found in the book or in the notes.)
