1. Bell Ringer: The student will complete the daily bell ringer on
my OLC.

1. The teacher will distribute the graphic organizer, Bantu
Migration to the students.
2. The teacher will discuss African geography using the Bantu
Migration power point.
3. Students will fill out the graphic organizer as the teacher goes
over the power point and will be part of their notebook.
5 min Space Race: The student will go to Socrative where they will play the
Space Race game to review African Geography.
3 min Exit Ticket: Students will complete an exit ticket on Socrative
answering the question: How does geography affect human
migration?

Bantu Migration graphic organizer and power point.
Students may choose to take their own notes, their own way, or may use the
graphic organizer to guide them.
