Each time you make a purchase of $20 or more and swipe your Fly buys card during September 2010,
you will get an entry into the draw.
The draw will be held on Thursday, 14th October 2010. The first 10 entries drawn will each win 10,000
Bonus Points.
The 11th entry drawn will win the 10 years of free eye care prize which comprises of:
• One free Visique eye examination each year for 10 years beginning on Thursday
14th October 2010 on Visique’s usual terms and conditions of supply; and
• At the winner’s choice, one of the following (as available at Visique at the
relevant time and on Visique’s usual terms and conditions of supply) each year
for 10 years beginning on Thursday 14th October 2010:
a. One free pair of optical frames and lenses (max value $1000) or
b. One free pair of prescriptive sunglasses (max value $1000) or
c. Up to $1000 worth of prescribed contact lenses
Subject to the winner of the eye care prize agreeing to make themselves reasonably available to
Visique for publicity photographs and other promotion purposes during that 10 year period. If the
winner of the eye care prize refuses to give that agreement within a reasonable period of time after
being notified that they are the winner, another entry may be drawn as the winner of the eye care
prize.
If your qualifying purchase is on Friday, 10 September, you will also get an entry into an additional
draw to be held on Thursday, 14th October. The first entry drawn in the draw will win 10,000 Bonus
Points.
